The Long Hiatus

Art Journal is a publication that keeps on growing, even though our essays are selective and curated. Between maintaining a career as a front end web developer and working on publishing my incubator #CTTDC, it has been difficult to focus on this magazine.

Essay writing that focuses on merging the intersection between a liberal arts education and technology is the reason I began the magazine.  Along the way several contributors enlisted, Dakota Black, Richard Nielsen & Apex76 among others.

I am exited to report #ArtJournal will be publishing four new essays by Summer 2015. Focusing on memoir anecdotal storytelling, culled from experiences during the golden era behind “Art School Confidential.”

Those of you who are new to the magazine, the following list provides a pithy introduction to our Ethos. I hope to exhibit a brand new series of essays, focusing on Contemporary art and scenes from artist studios in conversation. I plan on getting the essays all published to our readers this Summer in what can only be described as one fundamental progress loop.
