The Paralysis Of Hope

It has been a riveting two weeks thus far at StudioDC. Developing a rigorous workflow  back towards web design after a short hiatus. Making the decision to study front end development was a hard decision to make a few years ago. But one that will come with great success and  joy in the months ahead, am sure.

But the central thesis of this story is the small collection behind my Aquarian horoscope predictions for the  past few weeks.

Ranging between July 8th to present time of this post.

And you should know that I am not a superstitious person at all, but somehow I can’t help to see some similarities between them and the new road map I have chosen to embark upon.

The Paralysis of Hope is the idea of never loosing sight of what matters most as we go about the daily exercise of becoming better designers, while still finding new ways of learning new skills and taking care of our friends and family.

The Quotes

You may not feel like going to that party or date or job interview, but you can’t let your mood ruin your life! Clean house for a few minutes, take a brisk walk or do whatever it takes to reboot.

Your big brain is a real asset — most of the time. Right now, though, you need to just let go of stray thoughts and try to push yourself in a bold new direction. Stop thinking and start moving!

You have got to find a middle ground between your friends and your work — or whichever two aspects of your life feel most opposed. It’s easier than you’d think on a day like today

You’re caught in the middle of at least one power struggle, and that’s not much fun. Try to either choose a side or get out of the line of fire quickly — things are sure to heat up before the end of the day!

I think good inspirational ideas are good to share as it makes for a better understanding of who we are as a specie here on earth.
