The Foreword
By Hugo,

Mix media on paper drawing
6×9 in
sunlight has blue rays
it has a natural girth and magnetism.
I was walking amongst its scope
and saw a man about to be struck
In my usual stupefied stance I intervene;
I ask whats the problem.
“He begs in front of our store”
“its not good for business”
I pick the man up I say come with me
I get him some food
tell him never beg in front of that place!
I give him 20 dollars;
tell him:
“I’ll share my unemployment check with you”!
he asks me as he eats and I watch,
“who broke your nose”?
“love did I respond”
He tells me with a balled fist,
NO!
expectation did!
I say “ok, ok patience takes a bit to mature brother”!
“I’ll see you tomorrow?”
“he tells me I don’t expect you to be there”
I grab his hand and say
“I’ll will see you tomorrow!”
sunlight has blue rays
it has a natural girth and magnetism
sometimes it reveals things you do not want to see
sometimes it unveils things you need to see!
